Terms of use.
Effective 12 August 2026. Hyped24 is operated by Matthew Anthony Gomez. The public beta is for people aged 16 or older.
Accounts and contributions
Keep access to your email secure and provide accurate attestations. You retain ownership of your contributions and grant Hyped24 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and moderate them only as needed to operate and promote the service.
Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, personal data, spam, malicious links, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may hide content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or service integrity.
Experimental service
Attention scores are experimental indicators, not quality ratings, investment advice, or predictions. Availability and features may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Law and contact
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their habitual residence. Questions or appeals can be sent to privacy@hyped24.com.
